Pop-ups are small windows that open automatically on your screen.
This site uses pop-up windows for specific tasks.
You will need to view the window in order to complete that task.
We recommend that you turn on a pop-up blocker when you surf the Web, but turn it off when you are on this site. Pop-up "blocking" setup can be controlled differently, and it may depend on the software you have installed.

To adjust the settings in the Internet Explorer 7 Pop-up Blocker; On the menu bar Click Tools, Click Pop-up Blocker, Click Pop-up Blocker Settings.
If you see a small window appear at the top of your browser with the message "Pop-up blocked. To see this pop-up or additional options click here.." after clicking on a site link, then click on the message and select the option "Always Allow Pop-ups from this site".
