To become Green Builder certified, each enrolled user must complete the first seven courses listed on the left. Each study course in this curriculum addresses the fundamental principles of green building relating to energy efficiency, building durability, indoor air quality, resource efficiency, and water efficiency. Completion of the course work includes passing the test associated with each course. Users who pass all tests, and complete a student feedback evaluation, will be eligible to receive a Green Builder Certificate.

Real Value: The Green Builder Certification courses are a real value. Classroom training, with course fees, and travel expense, can cost $1,000 per day; and that does not consider your time away from your business. This program delivers 40-hours of housing science training for only $700.00.
